dear mr mcelvain

we got your email address from the subpoena you submitted to google,
inc., the copy of the subpoena of which has been posted to
hearsay.com.

while we support the spirit of COPPA we have have to say that you are
going about your investigation all the wrong way. you should be
investigating and prosecuting these porn and prostitute rings that
operate openly on chatlines such as what we have fully documented what
is going on on the msn chatline. chat.msn.com. by our blog
www.bloggingmsnchat.blogspot.com

did you know for instance that the city of marietta, georgia, through
their marietta fibernet hosts porn websites? and we might add that
despite sending complaints for over a year nothing has been done to
remove them - we have emailed the mayor, chief of police and others at
marietta fibernet.

did you know for instance that godaddy.com hosts pornographic websites
and online chatroom porn spammers and also provides another service
through their company to hide the website ownership information of the
same pornographers and spammers?

all this in open violation of 18 USC 1462 and 1465.

these pornography and prostitute rings that park their "pornobots" in
chatrooms and the companies such as godaddy.com that host them are a
far more serious threat to the nation than what some horny teenager is
typing in the word "vagina" in a google, msn, yahoo etc., image search.

sincerely,
