The chris_a_2006 Host Joke

so tonight we were chillin in the msn lobby1 when in comes this host chris_a_2006 this guy is a real work of art. a prime example of msn's finest and probably one of the reasons msn chat is losing chatters right and left. his answer is to kick and ban anyone he pleases for no reason whatsoever. this is how msn treats paying customers and you wonder why msn/microsoft is considered a joke of a company.
heres just a few excerpts:
chris_a_2006 : livin i as a msn host i get respect
Host chris_a_2006 kicked Łίνίη’–Ľɑνіѕн‼™ out of the chat room: Disruptive behavior
8Łίνίη’–Ľɑνіѕн‼™ has joined the conversation.
chris_a_2006 : shall we dance again livin?
chris_a_2006 : livin you have a problem?
chris_a_2006 : livin if you dont like me being here there are plenty of good chats please go to more chats at the top
chris_a_2006 : supa hush
chris_a_2006 : Interested in hosting? Please email Vickie5_msn@charter.net with birthdate, nickname, 3 desired rooms, & valid email address
lmao!
klaatu_veratanaktu_ : we are paying customers you twerp
chris_a_2006 : yea so am i

so our question is if aol's volunteer hosts can sue them for back pay why can't msn's chatter/subscribers sue msn for providing a clearly inferior service in that they recruit and cultivate antisocial, abusive "hosts" who don't follow their own guidelines?
