msn has one such "admin" Admin_Koach. we havent figured out (yet) what exactly it is he does in order to draw a paycheck, whenever we have went to the help desk Admin_Koach is always on "away" or as chatters say "in his cup".
Koach runs his own msn group called koachs workshop. within his msn group Koach as a message board which deals with msn chat, in fact, the title of it is "msn chat". only thing is, is, that when a serious chat related question is posted there its immediately deleted.

this redacted screen shot was recently sent to us. its a question posed to Koach regarding an incident that happened on msn chat...remember Koach is an Admin. does he offer any kind of answer at all? does he offer to launch an investigation to get to the bottom of this? does he even bother to thank the questioner for using msn? no. instead he obfuscates and hands the ball off to some mysterious contact form system. by the way a contact form system that seldom works properly at that. hmm maybe thats why.
